The 2025 Taiyuan·Gannat International Arts Festival officially concluded on 8 October 2025.

Over eight days, more than 260 artists from 15 countries gathered in the ancient city of Taiyuan, bringing a cultural feast that blended global intangible cultural heritage with ethnic customs to the citizens and visitors. This cross-mountain and sea artistic event wrote a new chapter in cultural exchange between Taiyuan and the world. The theme of this festival was 'Seeing the World, Sharing Splendour', aiming to create a high-level international cultural exchange platform integrating international art performances, cultural interactive experiences, and city image display.

Artists from countries including France, Poland, Malaysia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Peru, and India presented performances with exotic flair, bringing authentic world culture to citizens and visitors, while also opening new windows for Shanxi culture to reach the world, making it an important event for international cultural exchange in Taiyuan, Shanxi. From the festival's diverse presentations to the city's transformation practice of shaping tourism through culture and highlighting culture through tourism, it shows that Taiyuan is embracing the world with an open heart.
